1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.

2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you via email. If the refunds is approved:

A refund will be processed and amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Note: Refunds are only applicable on products returned in their original condition.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will exchange the product at no extra cost or provide a full refund based on your preference.

4. Non-returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible — you’ll need to initiate a return after receiving the order.
